Allegro Realty was started in 2020 by Jayson Snipes, a real estate agent who has produced great results for previous firms. Jayson’s first career as a musician was the inspiration for the name of the company – “Allegro” is an Italian musical term meaning “at a brisk tempo.” Not only is this a nod to his background, but a testament to how he will work for his clients: quickly, with great response, and with excellent results. Jayson continues his work in music with Maple Springs United Methodist Church and was the Artistic Director of the Piedmont Chamber Singers until its final season in 2023. Knowing the importance of arts in our community, it is Jayson’s desire to support the arts and music community through this company. In his spare time, Jayson enjoys football – a huge Carolina Panthers fan and an official with the North State Football Officials’ Association and the ODAC/USA South Athletic Conferences.
